This jacket is the Arc’teryx Atom Hoody (formerly known as the Atom LT Hoody), the brand’s most iconic versatile synthetic-insulated hooded jacket. Featuring Coreloft™ synthetic fiber fill, it offers lightweight warmth, retains heat even when wet, and provides breathable wind protection. Ideal as a mid-layer for high-intensity outdoor activities (such as hiking, rock climbing, ski touring) or worn alone in spring, fall, and winter for casual everyday use. Unisex design (slightly different cuts for men and women, but couples can mix and match). Its solid color is understated and versatile, making it one of Arc’teryx’s popular entry-level “must-have” jackets. Updated for 2025 with a PFAS-free FC0 DWR water-repellent coating for enhanced sustainability and durability.
